Services
The part that stops a good site going stale.
A website is finished on the day it launches and starts ageing the day after. Prices change, the team changes, the thing you are known for changes. This is the arrangement for keeping up with that without it becoming your evening job.

What's included
Everything below is in the price.
Not a menu of upgrades. If something is genuinely extra it is in the not-included list on the pricing page, in writing, before you commit.
-
The pages that go out of date, kept up to date
Prices, opening hours, menus, staff, services, the seasonal things. You send a message, it is changed the same working day. No ticket system and no minimum billing increment.
-
Posts written in your voice, not in marketing voice
A set number of posts a month across the platforms you actually use, written from what is genuinely happening in the business. If nothing is happening that month, I will tell you rather than manufacture something.
-
Photography on site
Periodic visits to photograph the premises, the work and the people, which is the single biggest difference between a site that looks like a real business and one that looks like a template. Included on the higher plan, available as a one-off otherwise.
-
A monthly note on what happened
How many people came, what they looked at, what they did next, and one recommendation. One page, in English, not a 40-slide dashboard export.
-
The technical upkeep nobody sees
Hosting, domain renewal, SSL, backups, security updates, uptime monitoring. This is the care plan and it runs underneath everything else.
How it runs
Four steps, and you know the price before the second one.
Numbered because it genuinely is a sequence: each step depends on the one before it.
-
Start after launch, or start on an existing site
You do not have to have had the site built by me. If it is on something I can work with, I will say so; if it is on a platform that would make this more expensive than it is worth, I will say that instead.
-
One conversation a month, at most
A short call or a message thread. What is coming up, what changed, what you want said. The point of paying someone for this is not having to think about it the rest of the time.
-
Changes go live the same working day
Within reason and within the plan. Bigger pieces of work get quoted separately rather than quietly absorbed and resented.
-
Cancel whenever you like
One month's notice, no exit fee, and the site stays up. The accounts, the domain and the content are in your name throughout, so cancelling is genuinely just cancelling.

What this costs.
The care plan is £55 a month for the hosting, upkeep and small changes, or £75 a month with monthly content work on top. Cancel anytime, the site stays yours.

Social and content, specifically.
The general ones are answered on the homepage. These are the ones that only come up about this kind of work.
Do you take over my social accounts?
No. You stay the owner and the admin, and I work as an additional user you can remove in thirty seconds. Handing an agency the keys to your Facebook page and then falling out with them is a well-worn way to lose ten years of a business's history.
Do I have to take the care plan?
No, and plenty of people do not. It is monthly, it is optional, and cancelling it does not take the site down. You would just need to arrange hosting and updates yourself or with someone else. It exists because most small businesses would rather it was somebody's job than nobody's.
What if I only want the hosting bit?
That is the £55 plan. Hosting, domain, SSL, backups, security updates, uptime monitoring, small content changes and the monthly note. Content and photography are the £75 one.
Will you post every day?
No, and be suspicious of anyone who offers to. A handful of posts a month that are actually about your business beats daily filler that makes people mute you. The number is agreed at the start and it is a floor, not a quota to hit with anything.
The next step
Let's find out if I'm the right fit.
Twenty minutes on the phone. You tell me what isn't working, I tell you what I'd do and what it costs. If it's not me you need, I'll say so.
Or call 07700 900123. I reply within one working day.
